Funny, Norma, tapping into my American little girl in England memories, I recalled that his name was "Peppa" earlier today, and just checked back on Em's blog to see if you'd written his name. I didn't think it had an R on the end because of the way you pronounce it.
He was really cute. I remember he was little, white and had black spots. I also remember how affectionate Noel was with him. OKAY EM, we've officially hijacked your blog...quick post about your expanded garden or your triathalon training!
Yes,Em,please tell us more about your garden...I am most interested as you know..my outdoor tommies have flowers on them and my goodness, have we had some awful weather..my Pepper is still making up its mind...and Courgette blooming away (Zuccini)..did you try the Iceberg white radishes? they are not peppery like the red radish ...we are now eating the 'Little Gem' lettuce and the taste is ...divine (cos I grew them) not Noel. :o)
