Aunty Norma, us Texans define "frigid" as anything below 70 degrees......I don't think any one can blame us since the summer is so extremly brutal! So, when the temp. is below the 70's if feels FREEZING!!!!

Gosh, at this point I'm sure everyone thinks I am really cheap.
At the end of the day I was raised to do things for myself. That includes fixing things that break.
We all know how expensive it can be to bring someone out to the house. If I can save a few hundred dollars and know the job is done right, it is worth my time to fix it. By the way, if I believe the job is too big for me to handle I always call in the pros. Steve

Hey Steve, good of you to come out of the water to post a comment. We don't think you're cheap by any stretch of the imagination. Besides, I fix my own toilet flappers, trim the hedges and put together IKEA beds, so who looks cheap now? ;)
